C64 Graphics Explorer is designed with your privacy in mind. We believe in transparency and want you to understand exactly what data we collect (which is none).

We do not collect any personal data. C64 Graphics Explorer runs entirely on your device. Your images stay on your Mac. We never upload, transmit, or access them.

Analytics

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or telemetry. There are no third-party SDKs that phone home. Your usage of the app is completely private.

Network Access

C64 Graphics Explorer does not require an internet connection to function. The app makes no network requests.

Third-Party Services

We do not integrate with any third-party services that would have access to your data or usage patterns.

Data Storage

Any preferences or settings are stored locally on your device using standard macOS mechanisms. We have no access to this data.

Children's Privacy

Since we don't collect any data from anyone, we also don't collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update this page. Given our commitment to not collecting data, we don't anticipate significant changes.
